- Finding America's Giants — the National Champion Tree Program
- Discover the hidden giants of America's landscapes with the National Champion Tree Program. From towering forest sentinels to backyard behemoths, these remarkable trees often go unnoticed despite their immense size. Housed at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture's School of Natural Resources, the program documents and conserves the nation's largest trees with the help of foresters, arborists, Certified Tree Measurers, and community members. Jaq Payne, national director of the National Champion Tree Program, will share how you can help find, measure, and protect these living giants.
