Resolutions
- Reappoint Yongcheol Kim to the Board of Appeals — for a 3-year term
- Reappoint Dr. Paul Miller to the Board of Appeals — for a 3-year term
- Authorize the City Clerk to advertise for the position of City Administrator
- Award demolition contracts for various properties
- Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with SCMA for street restorations — part of the Lead Service Line and Main Replacement Project
- Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a lease agreement with the County — for 2026 parking spaces
