- Resolution – Approving submission of a Strategic Management Planning Program Grant Application; authorizing the Pottsville Area Development Corporation to prepare and submit the application and corresponding RFP on the City's behalf; and approving the Mayor writing a letter of financial hardship requesting the required 50% grant match be reduced to 10%
- Resolution – Approving submission of a DCED Multimodal Grant Application (with grant window closing July 31st, 2026) and authorizing the Pottsville Area Development Corporation to prepare and submit the application
