Minimum Qualifications

21 years of age or older, high school diploma or equivalent, valid PA Operator's License with no restrictions, and no past felony or misdemeanor convictions. Candidates must pass the City of Pottsville Civil Service Test. Those who pass the written examination will be subject to MPOETC physical fitness testing, an oral interview, extensive background investigation, and medical and psychological examinations.
