Business Privilege License Application

Application form for businesses in Pottsville to obtain an annual Business Privilege License. Sole proprietors and partners complete Section A; incorporated businesses complete Section B; all registrants complete Section C.

  • Annual license fee: $35.00 (payable to City of Pottsville)
  • Submit to: Business Privilege Tax Administrator, City Hall, 401 N. Centre Street, Pottsville, PA 17901 or businessprivilege@pottsvillepa.gov
  • Required information: business name, nature of business, street address in Pottsville, federal ID number, business classification (wholesale, retail, service/rental, or manufacturing), number of employees, principal officers' names and residences
