Non-Residential Application 2026
Application form for J.F.K. Pool season ticket passes for non-residents. Applications are accepted beginning May 5, 2026 at JFK Pool and City Hall.

Applications can be dropped off at JFK Pool and the Tax Office at City Hall beginning May 5, 2026.
Where to Get Pool Passes
Pool passes can be obtained at JFK Pool, City Hall Tax Office, or www.pottsvillepa.gov. For dates and times, check JFK Pool weekly or visit Facebook.
Non-Resident Pricing
- Under 18 (School I.D. Required): $90.00
- 18 & Over: $110.00
- Couple: $135.00
- Senior Citizen (55 and over): $75.00
- Family (up to 5 members): $215.00
- Each additional member over 5: $35.00
Family Definition
A family consists of parents or a couple with children under the age of 18, all permanent residents of the same household and same immediate family. A separate pass is required for any adult 18 or older residing in the household, including adult children, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Important Policies
- The City reserves the right to seek proof of familial relationship
- Ticket will not be issued if fraudulent information is provided
- No refunds issued due to weather
